She came to herbalism the way a lot of us do, through her own body. A lifelong autoimmune condition led her to the plants, and they reshaped how she understands health, listening, and repair. She’s stayed close to them ever since.

She brings over 10 years of herbal and wellness marketing experience to herbalists she genuinely believes in. She’s passionate about bridging the gap between deep plant knowledge and the communities hungry for it.

She brings structure, clarity, and follow-through to projects, keeping work organized and moving forward without losing the heart or vision behind it.

Outside of work, she’s usually in the garden or out hiking, noticing the land and its small details. She cooks often, inspired by travel and where she’s headed next, and is usually deep in a really good playlist.
