What services do you offer?

Do you offer custom packages?
Yes! Every brand is different, so we tailor each package to fit your unique needs. We’ll begin with a Discovery Call to learn more about your business and your goals. From there, we’ll create a custom proposal based on the services that make the most sense for you and your budget.
Do you have a minimum onboarding fee?
We don’t charge an extra onboarding or processing fee, but we do ask new clients to commit to a minimum of $1,500 in services. This helps ensure the project is sustainable for our team and allows us to dedicate the time needed to fully understand your brand, voice, and goals right from the start.
How soon can we get started?
It typically takes 2–3 weeks to complete onboarding, and you can expect to review your first project within about one month of signing on. If you're working on a tight timeline, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Are you trained in medical/herbal compliance?
Yes. All of our copywriters are trained in writing wellness content that’s mindful of FDA and FTC guidelines. We use compliant language (like “support” instead of “heal”) and carefully review every piece of content to help keep your brand aligned with current herbal marketing regulations.
Can you help with both strategy and implementation?
Absolutely. Our in-house team includes experienced copywriters, designers, photographers, and strategists. We don’t just help you come up with a plan—we also bring it to life.
Do you offer ongoing support or one-time projects?
We offer both! While we do take on select one-time projects, most of our clients are long-term partners. We love building lasting relationships and getting to know your brand more deeply over time—it's where the magic really happens. (Plus, we offer all of our retainer clients an ongoing 10% discount!)

What is your process like?
It all starts with a free Discovery Call so we can learn more about your goals and share how we work. From there, we’ll send over a custom proposal. Once you're booked, we move into onboarding, strategy, and project execution—all with collaborative check-ins along the way.
How do we communicate during the project?
We primarily communicate via email and Google Docs, but we’re happy to schedule calls or use platforms like Slack if it’s helpful. We’ll always keep you in the loop and ensure you feel supported throughout the process.
Do you work with in-house teams or other freelancers?
Yes! We regularly collaborate with in-house marketing teams, freelancers, and other creative partners. If you already have team members you love working with, we’re happy to plug into your existing setup.
